About the Role:

We’re looking for an ambitious, energetic, and knowledgeable Area Coordinator to join our Melbourne team. This vital role combines coaching clients, managing a team of trainers, yogis, and support workers, and delivering the Fitcare experience to our vibrant community.

As an Area Coordinator for North West and surrounding areas, you will:

Coach & Support: Build and grow your own client portfolio, helping individuals achieve their well-being goals.

Mentor & Manage: Oversee staff performance, providing skills development, mentoring, and employment support to trainers and clients.

Deliver Activities: Facilitate one-on-one sessions such as personal training, yoga, sports coaching, and nutritional support.

Organise Events: Coordinate and lead group activities like hiking, paddleboarding, and group fitness training.

The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, charismatic, and driven to foster a culture of wellness and growth, with strong verbal communication skills and the ability to tackle challenges head-on.

What We’re Looking For:

Qualifications: Certificate IV or higher in health, fitness, or welfare services.
Experience: At least 2 years in a related field.
Skills: Coaching or teaching qualifications are essential.
Other Requirements: A car and full driving licence.
