We are seeking a highly capable and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Director and senior leadership team in managing SDA property development, disability housing operations, and administrative functions. Your work will play a direct role in improving outcomes for participants while supporting the operational growth of the business.
About the Role:
In this diverse, high-responsibility role, you will act as a trusted partner to the Director, providing executive-level support while managing complex property, compliance, and administrative processes associated with NDIS Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA). You will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, support key projects, and help maintain high standards of governance across our disability housing portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide confidential, high-level executive support to the Director across SDA property, NDIS operations, and business development.
Proactively manage complex scheduling, appointments, meetings, and follow-up actions.
Coordinate internal meetings, prepare detailed notes, reports, and track deliverables.
Manage SDA participant files, compliance documentation, funding approvals, and NDIS portal workflows.
Monitor key timelines and ensure regulatory, funding, and service milestones are met.
Support property development workflows, including stakeholder coordination (builders, architects, SIL providers, government agencies, and NDIS contacts).
Lead administrative team functions to ensure efficient operations.
Develop and improve internal administrative systems to support long-term business scalability.
Provide clear, compassionate communication to participants, partners, and stakeholders.
Uphold and model the organisationβs values of care, integrity, accountability, and simplicity.
About You:
You are organised, detail-focused, and solutions-driven with strong communication and leadership capabilities. You understand the importance of confidentiality, compliance, and compassionate service delivery in the SDA, property, or disability sector.
Skills & Experience:
3+ years as an Executive Assistant, Operations Manager, or similar role supporting property, disability, healthcare, or NDIS-focused businesses.
Experience managing complex schedules, internal processes, and external stakeholder relationships.
Familiarity with SDA property development or NDIS disability housing processes highly desirable.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to produce structured reports and actionable meeting documentation.
High-level organisational and IT skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, cloud-based systems).
Strong problem-solving mindset with ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
Proven discretion and ability to handle confidential matters professionally.
Experience within the NDIS, disability support, housing, or property sectors is a significant advantage.
