Lynden Aged Care is a stand-alone, community-owned not-for-profit organisation located in Camberwell, dedicated to providing exceptional residential aged care to 102 residents, along with support for 6 independent living units (ILUs). We pride ourselves on fostering a respectful, safe, and dignified environment that enhances the quality of life for older members of our community.

We are currently seeking a part-time Finance Officer to join our team for 3 days per week (Wednesday to Friday). This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a values-driven aged care provider in a supportive and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:


Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Complete bank and credit card reconciliations.
Assist with payroll processing and related functions.
Oversee invoicing, credit control, and debtor management.
Support the preparation of financial reports.
Ensure compliance with financial procedures and internal controls.

What We’re Looking For:


Certificate III in Bookkeeping, or higher qualification in finance or accounting.
Previous experience in a similar finance role.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
A proactive, self-motivated team player who can also work independently.
Aged care sector experience is desirable but not essential.
