With strong growth and exciting expansion ahead, we’re looking for a skilled Concierge (Intake Officer) to join our Werribee head office.

About the Role:

You’ll be the first point of contact for all new enquiries, families, and referrers — helping participants access the right services with care and efficiency.
This is an office-based role ideal for someone who thrives on communication, problem-solving and delivering an exceptional client experience within the NDIS and disability support sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and allocate new referrals promptly to ensure timely service delivery.
Liaise with NDIS participants, families, and stakeholders to convert enquiries into active clients.
Verify and manage funding requests (NDIS, TAC, WorkSafe, DVA, etc.).
Maintain accurate client records, case notes and communications.
Provide tailored guidance on available supports and funding options.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
Build and maintain professional relationships with referrers and community partners.

What You’ll Bring:

Experience in NDIS, disability, community, or aged care services.
Solid understanding of person-centred practice and intake coordination.
Strong communication, empathy and relationship-building skills.
Excellent time management and organisational abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/database systems.
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
