NDIS Service Coordinator – Division Lead

About Us:

Prodigy Health Solutions is a multi-state healthcare and disability support agency delivering high-quality aged care, nursing, and NDIS services. We’re launching a dedicated NDIS division and are seeking an experienced leader to establish and grow this exciting arm of the business.

The Role:

This senior role will see you lead participant intake, service coordination, and division growth. You’ll ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards, build referral networks, and drive the strategic direction of the division while working closely with our established HR, rostering, and operations teams.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and manage the new NDIS division
Oversee intake, coordination, and service quality
Build networks and drive referrals/business growth
Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards
Collaborate with internal teams and mentor staff as the division grows

About You:

3+ years in NDIS service coordination, leadership, or similar role
Strong knowledge of NDIS Act, Standards & compliance
Proven experience in business development or service growth
Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
Ability to work autonomously and manage own diary
Ready to start asap

What We Offer:

$45–$60/hr + super (depending on experience)
