About the role:
We are seeking a dynamic NDIS Services Team Lead to join our passionate team at Endeavour Foundation. This pivotal role ensures the delivery of high-quality enabling services for the people we support, as well as leading a team of NDIS coordinators and rostering officers. Reporting to the Operations Manager of Client Services, you'll play a key role in reshaping service delivery to create better client experiences for the future.
Responsibilities:
- Guide a team to drive quality assurance, compliance, and exceptional service.
- Implement workforce optimisation and financial strategies that align with our mission and deliver sustainable results.
- Be the go-to expert, coaching and sharing knowledge across the organisation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and business strategies that enhance the end-to-end client experience.
About you:
- Tertiary qualification in business, community services, or a related field (desirable).
- Experience working within National Disability Insurance Agency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and relevant applications, ensuring professional and timely completion of tasks.
- Willingness to obtain a current National Criminal History check, Yellow Card, and Blue Card.
- Solid experience in leading high-performing teams, with a working knowledge of the NDIS (preferably with a focus on SIL).
