Support Coordinator (NDIS) โ Subcontractor/Casual
Part-time / Casual | Minimum 30 hours/week | Potential for Full-Time

Community Care Links Services is a registered NDIS provider on the Gold Coast. We are seeking an experienced Support Coordinator (Level 2/3) to join our team on a subcontractor or casual basis. Casual roles may transition to full-time for the right reliable candidate. You will have guaranteed hours each week and flexibility to work additional hours while meeting weekly KPIs.
โ ๏ธ Not a Support Worker role. Applicants must have a strong working knowledge of NDIS legislation and processes.

Key responsibilities
- Support participants to understand and use their NDIS plans
- Monitor plan budgets and assist with service agreements
- Liaise with service providers, LACs, and the NDIA
- Prepare NDIS-compliant reports and documentation
- Support participants through plan reviews
- Build strong relationships with participants and families
- Work with participants with diverse needs (neurological, ASD, psychosocial, etc.)
About you
- Minimum 12 monthsโ experience in NDIS Support Coordination or Case Management
- Strong understanding of NDIS and related legislation
- Confident, reliable, and committed with a strength-based approach
- Autonomous, with access to regular peer support and supervision
- Current: WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid, driverโs licence & vehicle
- Community sector experience and Diploma/Bachelorโs preferred
