We’re currently seeking a compassionate and motivated Provisional Psychologists, Registered Psychologists, or Behaviour Support Practitioners to join our growing team in our Care Squared brand.

About the Role: As a Behaviour Support Practitioner and/or provisional/registered psychologist, you will provide education and support to NDIS participants and families, including evidence-based assessments and interventions. You will work autonomously, as well as within a multidisciplinary team, to ensure our participants achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, deliver, and evaluate education and support services to NDIS participants.
Collaborate with other health professionals and NDIS-related entities.
Provide high-quality, timely reports that meet participant and stakeholder needs.
Maintain accurate records, billing, and invoicing.
Work collaboratively with clients, families, carers, support coordinators, and allied health teams.
Regularly update stakeholders on participant progress.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders.
Traineeship opportunities available.
About You: You are compassionate, conscientious, and possess strong communication and time management skills. You are ready to work both independently and as part of a team to deliver outstanding support.
Essential Criteria:
Behaviour Support Practitioner registration or an approved Psychology degree with general/Provisional or eligibility for provisional registration with AHPRA.
Experience working with individuals with disabilities.
Passion for supporting diverse clients and their families.
Completion of NDIS mandatory orientation module.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Valid Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check. Or willingness to obtain.
Valid Australian Driver's License and access to your own vehicle.
Desirable Criteria:
BCBA registration.
Experience in clinical settings working with individuals with disabilities.
Familiarity with the NDIS framework and processes.
