About the role

Benevida Pty Ltd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Coordinator to join our team in Narre Warren, Victoria. This part-time role will coordinate and oversee participant services, including the development, implementation, and regular review of schedules of support and support plans in line with participant goals, preferences, and NDIS requirements. Acting as the key liaison between participants, families, allied health professionals, and support workers, the Service Coordinator ensures continuity of care, high-quality person-centred support, and culturally safe, compliant service delivery. The role also plays a pivotal part in participant onboarding and in building trusted relationships that foster respect, inclusion, and empowerment.

What you'll be doing:


Coordinate and oversee participant services, including developing and reviewing support plans and schedules of support.
Liaise with participants, families, support workers, and allied health professionals to ensure seamless, person-centred care.
Manage participant onboarding, orientation, and induction processes.
Monitor service delivery to ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and Benevida policies.
Support participants to achieve their goals in a culturally safe, inclusive, and respectful way.
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports in line with NDIS requirements.
Provide guidance and support to support workers to ensure continuity and quality of service.

What we're looking for:


Minimum 2 years' experience in disability within an NDIS environment.
Strong knowledge of NDIS price guide, requirements, person-centred planning, and service coordination.
Relevant qualification in Disability, Community Services, Case Management, or similar (Certificate IV or above preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trusted relationships with participants, families, and care teams.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital systems for rostering, case notes, and reporting.
Current driver's licence and ability to travel locally as required.
Current National Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
