As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Service Manager to lead our Core Supports team.


About the Role

The Service Coordinator will play a pivotal leadership role in overseeing the delivery of Core Supports, including support work, community access, mentoring, and in-home support. This role involves supervising staff, coordinating services, ensuring compliance with NDIS Quality and Safeguarding standards, and maintaining strong relationships with participants, families, and stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of Core Support services
  • Supervise and support service coordinators and support staff
  • Oversee rostering, staff onboarding, and training
  • Ensure service delivery aligns with participant goals and NDIS plans
  • Maintain compliance with all NDIS and workplace health & safety requirements
  • Engage with participants, families, and stakeholders to build trust and promote services
  • Monitor service quality and implement improvements where needed
  • Collaborate with senior management on strategic planning and service development

About You

  • Minimum 2 yearsโ€™ experience in a leadership role within the disability or community services sector
  • Strong understanding of the NDIS framework, especially Core Supports
  • Experience supervising staff and managing service delivery
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in client management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Relevant qualifications in Disability, Social Work, Community Services, or a related field
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working With Children Check, and valid driverโ€™s licence
