AssistU Care & Support Services (AUCSS) is a locally owned and community-focused NDIS provider based in Ballarat. We specialise in trauma-informed practice and supporting participants with complex needs, including those within the Out-of-Home-Care (OOHC) system.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Support Coordinator to work alongside participants, families, and service providers to build capacity and help participants achieve the best outcomes from their NDIS plans.

This role is minimum 31 hours per week, with flexibility to increase hours by mutual agreement. Flexible working arrangements (start/finish times, hybrid work, adjusted schedules) are available for the right candidate.


What We’re Looking For

Essential Criteria

  • Minimum 12 months experience as a Support Coordinator
    OR experience in Out-of-Home Care, case management, or similar community services
  • Knowledge of the NDIS, trauma-informed practice, and person-centred support
  • Strong communication, advocacy, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, supportive team
  • Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
  • Working With Children Check, Clear Police Check & NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)
