Flexible Hours | Supportive Team | Meaningful Work
AssistU Care & Support Services (AUCSS) is a locally owned and community-focused NDIS provider based in Ballarat. We specialise in trauma-informed practice and supporting participants with complex needs, including those within the Out-of-Home-Care (OOHC) system.
We are growing — and we’re looking for our next Support Coordinator to join our passionate team.
At AssistU Care & Support Services, our mission is to empower people to live safer, more independent, and more fulfilling lives through respectful, trauma-informed and person-centred support.
Everything we do is guided by our core values:
We act with bravery, honesty, and commitment — even when the work is challenging.
We support people to build capacity, strengthen independence, and take control of their own lives.
We lead with transparency, ethical practice, and accountability in every decision.
We are seeking an experienced Support Coordinator to work alongside participants, families, and service providers to build capacity and help participants achieve the best outcomes from their NDIS plans.
This role is minimum 31 hours per week, with flexibility to increase hours by mutual agreement. Flexible working arrangements (start/finish times, hybrid work, adjusted schedules) are available for the right candidate.
AssistU Care & Support Services is committed to delivering high-quality supports with compassion, respect, and an understanding of trauma and complex needs. We value collaboration, transparent communication, and building safe, trusting relationships with our participants and our team.
Please submit your resume and a short cover letter outlining your experience and why you would be a great fit for AssistU Care & Support Services.
