We’re seeking dedicated Disability Support Workers to join our team and support participants to live safely, confidently, and independently.

About the Role

As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support that empowers individuals to achieve their goals. This may include:

• Assisting with daily living and personal care
• Community access and social engagement
• Transport to appointments, activities, and work
• Meal preparation and household tasks
• Supporting skill development and independence
• Promoting dignity, choice, and well-being

Shifts available across weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

Essential Requirements

• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Current National Police Check
• First Aid & CPR Certificate
• Australian Driver’s Licence and a reliable vehicle
• Working rights in Australia

Additional Requirements

• Good Communication Skills
• Infection Control Experience
• Wound Management Experience
