Casual Support Workers – NDIS Support Services

Locations: Metro Adelaide & Murray Bridge

Are you outgoing, adaptable, and a great communicator? Do you enjoy music, sports, art, food, or social activities? Are you looking to grow your skills and build a career supporting NDIS participants? If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.

Our NDIS Support Services team is seeking casual Support Workers to assist people with disability to live meaningful, connected, and fulfilling lives within their community.

There are also needs-based opportunities to progress into permanent roles in the future, depending on service demand, performance, and organisational requirements.

To promote continuity of care, rosters are designed to offer regular and recurring services with participants wherever possible, allowing you to build strong, consistent relationships.

Experience supporting people with psychosocial disabilities is highly regarded.

About the Role

Working collaboratively with supervisors and colleagues, you will provide person-centred, individualised support that empowers participants to achieve their NDIS goals.

You will support participants to:

  • Make informed choices and take control of the supports they receive
  • Engage in daily living and community-based activities
  • Build independence, confidence, and social connections

Requirements

  • Proven ability to work independently and as a collaborative team member
  • Minimum 1 year paid NDIS experience (please detail in your resume)
  • Certificate III or higher in Disability, Mental Health, Community Services, or a related qualification
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Full, unrestricted driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle (community-based role)
  • Willingness to work across Metro Adelaide areas

Selection will be based on the right fit for participants and demonstrated alignment with values appropriate to the disability support sector.
