Support Worker

We’re seeking dedicated Support Workers to join our growing team and provide high-quality support to our clients. Additional shifts may become available as you build strong relationships and demonstrate reliability.

Key Requirements:

• Experience and/or training in mental health support
• Excellent Communication skills
• Reliable, compassionate, and committed to building a long-term professional relationship
• Previous experience in NDIS Support

About the Role:

• Provide personal care and emotional support
• Assist with daily living activities
• Encourage community engagement and independence
• Follow existing care plans and communicate regularly with family and care coordinators
