We’re seeking dedicated Support Workers to join our growing team and provide high-quality support to our clients. Additional shifts may become available as you build strong relationships and demonstrate reliability.
Key Requirements:
- Experience and/or training in mental health support
- Excellent Communication skills
- Reliable, compassionate, and committed to building a long-term professional relationship
- Previous experience in NDIS Support
About the Role:
- Provide personal care and emotional support
- Assist with daily living activities
- Encourage community engagement and independence
- Follow existing care plans and communicate regularly with family and care coordinators
