About the role

Excellent Care is seeking an organised and motivated Administration Officer to support our daily operations at our Goodna office. This role is essential to maintaining accurate records, supporting internal processes, and ensuring a welcoming front office environment.

This is a full-time, on-site position and is not suitable for remote work.

To meet the operational needs and key responsibilities of the role, the position is designed as a five day per week arrangement, worked at eight hours per day.

You will bring strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem solving. Experience within the disability sector or knowledge of the NDIS is advantageous.

You will be someone who enjoys understanding how systems work. You will have experience with CRM or client management systems and be confident configuring settings, building forms, and troubleshooting system issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Front office and reception support.
  • Maintain accurate client and staff records.
  • Configure, maintain and troubleshoot CRM/client management systems.
  • Assist with the development of workplace documents using Microsoft Office.
  • Manage service information registers with high accuracy.
  • Work with team members to streamline workflows and resolve system issues.

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in administrative roles.
  • If speak SWAHILI language (recommended)
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • High-level competency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience using or configuring CRM/client management systems (form building, settings, troubleshooting).
  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in the disability sector or knowledge of the NDIS (advantageous).

Essential Requirements

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • Compliance with Queensland Public Health Directions relevant to the disability sector.
  • Valid working rights in Australia.
