About the Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for an "Area Coordinator" to join our amazing Nightlife team. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring we meet our vision, deliver the highest standard of services.
We are seeking someone with a strong passion for being the best, who wants to join a rights-based and celebrated organisation. The Area Co-ordinator(s) are responsible for a designated area-based team of Disability Support Workers (DSW) who provide support for an assigned group of Nightlifeβs participants. They provide team leadership and are responsible for ensuring new and existing service users have the best possible service, from a dynamic and connected team. They seek to proactively grow our reputation and presence across regions, in partnership with the broader Nightlife team. The Area Coordinators are responsible for service user planning and assessment, team scheduling, compliance to NDIS standards and ongoing staff supervision and development to ensure staff are equipped to provide the best possible care and support.

Essential Requirements for the role:
A minimum of 3 years demonstrated experience in operational service delivery.
Demonstrated experience and skills in leadership of high performing teams.
Knowledge of NDIS compliance, standards and processes.
Commercial acumen, knowledge of the sector and payment models and a commitment to growth.
High level decision making and critical thinking skills.
Commitment to excellent customer service.
Superior interpersonal and written communication skills, and the ability to adapt to diverse needs.
Excellent planning and organisation skills and the ability to prioritise.
Proactive mindset and approach to problem solving and troubleshooting.
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
Able to provide constructive feedback to support capability uplift.
To be eligible for this role the incumbent must have currency in the following:
NDIS Workers Screening Check.
Current Drivers License.
