About the role
Just Plan Managers is seeking a Client Relationship Consultant to join our dynamic team in Docklands, VIC. In this casual hybrid role, you will be responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with our valued clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support.
What you'll be doing
Receive training in NDIS plan management and our internal systems
Act as the direct point of contact for client enquiries via phone and email
Onboard new clients (all warm leads — no cold sales)
Assist participants by resolving issues related to their plans and invoices
Attend industry expos or events with the team, as needed
Report directly to the Operations Manager
Collaborate with the payments team to assist with invoice-related communications
What we're looking for
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong problem-solving skills and a patient, empathetic approach
High attention to detail and the ability to multitask
Familiarity with basic office software (e.g. email, Microsoft Office, cloud-based platforms)
Prior experience in the NDIS space is a plus but not required — full training will be provided
