About the Role:


We are seeking experienced and resilient Disability Support Workers to join our team. You will provide high-level support to clients with complex needs in home, centre settings, and community.

This role goes beyond basic care, involving tailored strategies to manage challenging behaviours, health conditions, and emotional wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:


Provide personal care, mobility assistance, and support with daily routines.
Implement Positive Behavior Support Plans and de-escalation strategies.
Assist with medication administration and health monitoring.
Support clients in accessing community and group recreational activities.
Maintain accurate documentation and incident reports.
Collaborate with families, allied health professionals, and internal teams.

Qualifications & Requirements:


Certificate IV in Disability or equivalent,
Lived experience will be an advantage ( family members)
Minimum 1 year experience supporting participants with complex needs.
Current First Aid & CPR certification.
NDIS Worker Screening Check.
Working with Children Check
Manual Handling training and experience.
Medication Administration training (preferred)
Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable, insured vehicle.
Australian working rights.
Non-smoking
