Disability Support Worker

We will make it our mission to understand the appropriate level of care and deliver reliable support workers to align, so our clients can live a more independent and fulfilled life.

About the role:

We are looking to add two support workers to our team and ensure that we can deliver essential supports and maintain constant assistance for our participants.

Availability/Hours:

Must be reliable and committed to the days they provide us.
Bonus points if can be flexible with days
Willing to do the occasional weekend or respite.
Would like someone who is willing to grow with us.

Experience:

Experience with Autism regarded

Personal Attributes:

Caring, friendly, chatty
Good and ongoing communication skills with us and the participants.
Reliable
Understand professional boundaries
Able to take instructions well

Support Worker Duties may include any of the following (but not limited to):

Personal Care
Domestic Assistance
Assistance managing appointments, forms, paperwork, ect
Establish and assist with desired activities.
Community Access
Shopping Assistance
Transportation
Cooking / Light cleaning / Laundry

Mandatory Checks:

NDIS Worker Check
Working with Children Check
Police Check
Drivers License
First Aid Certificate
Experience in the industry
Certificates are preferred but not essential if willing to undertake above duties with our training.
