About the Role:
House Supervisors manage the day-to-day operations of Residential Care homes. This is a management role, and you will be required to work directly with the clients. You will work together with the support team and young person to create a safe environment, build rapport, and help develop independence.

Skills and experience required to be successful in this role:
High level of interpersonal skills including the ability to consult and negotiate with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
Skill in supporting people with a disability within a positive and therapeutic frame work.
Strong administrative skills, particularly NDIS.
Understanding NDIS and Residential Youth Work.
Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
Strong communication skills, including verbal and written.
To be successful you will have:
Completed a Cert IV in Disability or similar qualification.
All four Residential Care Skill Sets (Top Up Units) or willing to obtain.
Full Victorian Driversβ Licence.
Current Working With Children Check.
Current NDIS Worker Screening check (or willing to obtain).
First Aid and CPR Certificate (or willing to obtain).
Administration of Medication (or willing to obtain).
