The Opportunity:
We’re currently hiring Casual Disability Support Workers to help our clients stay safe and independent at home, and feel confident participating in their communities.
You’ll be part of a supportive, purpose-driven team that values your contribution and development.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Provide 1:1 and group support, tailored to each client’s needs.
Assist with personal care, meal prep, and medication where required.
Support clients to access the community and live more independently.
Foster genuine, respectful relationships with participants.
Advocate for client choice, dignity, and wellbeing.
What You’ll Need:
Experience in disability, community, or mental health support.
Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, Aged Care, or Community Services (preferred).
Valid Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable car.
Working with Children Check (WWCC).
NDIS Worker Screening Check.
National Police Check.
First Aid & CPR certificate.
NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
Fluent English.
Full working rights in Australia.
Job Details:
Casual role up to 38 hours per week
Pay rate:
From $35- $45 weekdays.
Up to $70/hour weekends.
Pay based on the SCHADS Award, aligned with your experience and shift type.
Shifts available across:
South East Melbourne | Bayside | Mornington Peninsula | Thomastown.
Availability before and after school hours is highly regarded.
