Position Description
We are offering high rates for new starters as we're seeking dedicated team members who are willing to travel to client locations around Melbourne to provide support. Additional paid time is included for travel within reason.
Work as a valued mentor at Good Company supporting people with disabilities to enjoy fun and meaningful experiences and learn new skills. You will work with clients one-on-one and guide them in progressing towards their goals in a range of areas, including: home maintenance tasks, public transport, time management, taking holidays, making friends, community engagement, and looking for work.
Shifts in various locations around Melbourne are available to successful applicants, up to 38hrs on a weekly basis (both weekdays and weekends).
We currently have shifts available in the following suburbs;
Sunshine North, Deanside, Eltham, and Kings Park.
Shifts are scheduled at the same time each week and typically 3-8 hours in duration, with multiple shifts in one day being available to staff. Our team-based approach provides you with ongoing training and guidance.
Vehicle with comprehensive insurance is required for this role.
Relevant experience is preferred but not required.
Full training is provided.
This position does not involve any personal care or medication administration.

Remuneration - Level 2, Pay point 1:
$0.99 per kilometre for required travel in your own vehicle during work hours.
$43.23 Weekday.
$47.55 Weekday (evening).
$60.52 Saturday.
$77.81 Sunday.
$95.10 Public Holiday.
11.5% Superannuation.
