We are actively recruiting casual NDIS Mental Health Support Workers across all regions of Melbourne and Ballarat to meet growing demand for our services.
Positions Available:
Multiple casual NDIS Mental Health Support Worker positions across Melbourne metro.
Casual NDIS Mental Health Support Worker positions in Ballarat region.
Flexible scheduling to suit your availability.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide person-centered support to NDIS participants with mental health conditions.
Support NDIS participants with behaviours of concern and complex needs.
Assist with daily living activities and community access in shared living environments.
Support NDIS participants to achieve their goals and build independence.
Follow risk management and safety plans effectively.
Provide mental health support and understanding of psychosocial disabilities.
Maintain accurate documentation and reports.
Work collaboratively with NDIS participants, families, and our support team.
Work Settings:
Participants' homes across Melbourne and Ballarat.
Community venues.
Supported accommodation facilities.
Day programs and activities.
What We're Looking For:
Essential Requirements:
Genuine passion for supporting people with mental health conditions and disabilities.
Mental health experience and understanding required.
Experience supporting participants with mental health & psychosocial disabilities.
Understanding of behaviours of concern and complex mental health needs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable, patient, and empathetic approach.
Ability to follow risk management and safety plans.
Workers Screening Check (NDIS Worker Screening Clearance).
Current Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain).
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
Valid driver's licence and own vehicle with comprehensive insurance coverage.
All compulsory certificates for support work.
Current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID003), CPR Certificate, and Police Check.
Right to work in Australia.
Minimum 2 years experience supporting people with mental health conditions and psychosocial disabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certificate III in Individual Support preferred
Mental Health First Aid certification preferred
Previous disability support experience welcomed but not essential
First Aid and CPR certification
Experience with medication management protocols
