Due to growing demand, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated NDIS Support Coordinator to join our passionate and supportive team.
About the Role:
As an NDIS Support Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in helping participants implement their NDIS plans and connect with the right supports. Your day-to-day will include:
Coordinating and managing services aligned with participants' goals.
Strengthening participants’ ability to navigate the NDIS system.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with participants, families, and service providers.
Preparing progress reports and maintaining up-to-date case notes.
Advocating for the participant’s needs and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
What We’re Looking For:
A genuine passion for helping others.
Experience in NDIS Support Coordination (preferred but not essential).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of NDIS processes and person-centred approaches.
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Current Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle.
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
Relevant qualification in social work, psychology, disability, or community services.
