Auscare Support provides comprehensive services to NDIS participants across Australia, including Support Coordination, Specialist Support Coordination and more.

We're seeking passionate and dedicated Support Coordinators in Melbourne, VIC & surrounds.

What We Offer:


Competitive rate:
$65/hr for Support Coordination and $150/hr for Specialist Support Coordination.

Flexibility:
Work from home and set your own schedule.

No KPIs:
Our priority is the success of our clientsโ€”your focus should be on them.
Comprehensive support: We provide the systems, training, and NDIS registration so you can focus on building your client base and delivering exceptional service.

Please note:
This role is an Independent Contractor position. You will manage your own superannuation, taxes, expenses, and provide your own equipment (computer, phone, etc.). Employee option will potentially be considered.

The Opportunity:


As a Support Coordinator, youโ€™ll help people with disabilities achieve their NDIS goals by building their capacity and providing ongoing support.

Skills & Experience Required:


Previous experience as a Support Coordinator.
Strong negotiating and networking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.

Youโ€™ll Also Need:


100 points of identification.
Valid driverโ€™s license and a comprehensively insured motor vehicle.
Full Australian working rights.
An Australian Business Number (ABN).
Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check.
Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance.
Relevant certifications.
