Employment Type: Part time (minimum 3 shifts per week | AM, PM, ND shifts available) or Casual.

The Opportunity


We are seeking compassionate Personal Care Workers to join our team and make a lasting impact on the wellbeing of our residents in Melbourne’s central suburbs.

Our Locations


Marina (Altona North) – A 190-bed home in a familiar suburban setting, conveniently close to shops and public transport.
Clifton Views (Fitzroy North) – Melbourne’s first high-rise residential aged care home, offering sophisticated accommodation and stunning city skyline views.
Sunlight (Whittlesea) – A newly redeveloped 150-bed home in a tranquil rural setting, with easy access to local shops and services.

What You’ll Do


Prioritise resident hygiene, safety, and wellbeing
Support residents’ physical, emotional, cultural, and social needs
Deliver exceptional person-centred care
Work collaboratively with the care team
Facilitate communication with stakeholders
Accurately report any concerns or issues

What You’ll Need


Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing)
Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses)
NDIS Check (includes Police Clearance)
Eligibility to work in Australia
