Position: Personal Carer

About the Role:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Carers to join our team. In this role, you will support residents with daily living activities, promote independence, and contribute to their overall wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with personal care, hygiene, and mobility.
Promote choice, dignity, and independence.
Observe and report changes in residents’ condition.
Follow care plans and implement delegated care from Registered Nurses.
About You:
Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent.
Experience in aged care, including dementia support.
Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
Reliable, empathetic, and resident-focused.
Working knowledge of WHS and infection control practices.
Mandatory Training & Requirements:
Manual Handling.
Infection Control.
Basic Life Support/First Aid and CPR.
Fire and Emergency Procedures.
Food Safety (where applicable).
Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
Current Flu Vaccination and COVID-19 Vaccination (as per health regulations).
