Magical Care is looking for a dedicated and experienced SIL Support & Quality Lead to join our team and help shape the future of person-centered support services across our SIL houses.
About the Role
As the SIL Support & Quality Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing service quality, ensuring compliance with NDIS standards, supporting staff development, and coordinating the intake and onboarding of new participants. You’ll work closely with team leaders, allied health professionals, care coordinators, and support workers to deliver exceptional care and continuously improve outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Ensure compliance with NDIS quality and safeguarding standards
✅ Conduct regular service quality audits across SIL houses
✅ Manage new participant intake and onboarding
✅ Facilitate team meetings and support SIL leaders
✅ Lead training and mentoring for support staff
✅ Act on client feedback to improve services
✅ Coordinate implementation of allied health recommendations
What We’re Looking For
Relevant qualifications in Disability, Community Services, or similar
Proven experience in NDIS and SIL operations
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of compliance, service quality, and documentation standards
Ability to mentor and support staff teams
A proactive, client-focused mindset
High organisational skill, attention to details
