Are you ready to do work that truly makes a difference?

Do you want to be part of a values-driven organisation where your ideas matter, your growth is encouraged, and your work directly changes lives?

At Recovery Plus Support, we're looking for an energetic and compassionate Support Coordinator who's ready to empower people to live with purpose, independence, and confidence.

About Recovery Plus Support:

We're an NDIS-registered organisation specialising in psychosocial support.
Our approach is grounded in recovery-oriented practice, combining empathy, professionalism, and evidence-based methods to help people build the skills and capacity to live self-sufficient, fulfilling lives.

Our Support Coordinators come from diverse backgrounds — mental health, community services, allied health, and beyond. It's that diversity that makes our team strong, creative, and deeply connected to the participants we serve.

The Role:

As a Support Coordinator, you'll be the bridge between NDIS participants and the supports that help them thrive. You'll:

Collaborate with participants to interpret and implement their NDIS plans.
Empower them to understand their funding and make informed choices.
Build positive, professional relationships with service providers and stakeholders.
Identify, connect, and negotiate services that align with each participant's goals.
Collect evidence and prepare documentation for plan reviews.
Maintain accurate records in our CRM and uphold NDIS compliance standards.

About You
You'll bring:

Minimum experience of 1-2 years, in a similar or related role within the NDIS, mental health, or disability sector
Sound understanding of the NDIS and psychosocial disabilities
Strong communication and organisational skills
Confidence working both autonomously and collaboratively
A growth mindset and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications & Compliance:

Certificate IV in Mental Health, or a related tertiary qualification (highly regarded)
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working with Children Check
Current Driver's Licence
First Aid & CPR Certification
NDIS Orientation Certificate
Must have Australian work authorisation or permanent right to work in Australia

What We Offer:

A welcoming, supportive team that values authenticity and respect
Strong leadership that genuinely invests in your professional growth
A workplace that celebrates inclusion, diversity, and meaningful connection

Why Join Us?

Because here, your work matters.
You'll be part of a team that celebrates every milestone — big and small — and believes that recovery is not a destination, but a journey shared.

If you're ready to grow your career, build your skills, and be part of something that genuinely improves lives
